SCM Operations Track Lead
In August 2025, I joined the IFS Cloud upgrade project for Wilhelmsen Ships Service. I was engaged by IFS as the track lead and solution architect for the SCM Operations track. The project is still ongoing.
Selected achievements:
- When I joined the project, the SCM Operations workstream was significantly behind schedule. Currently, the situation is under control with a realistic plan leading to go-live.
- WSS has extensive requirements for its warehouse management processes. To meet these needs, the standard warehouse management functionality has been enhanced with advanced features, all supported by the Warehouse Data Collection mobile solution.
Prosafe SE
Asset Management Track Lead
In September 2024, I secured a contract as Asset Management Track Lead for the implementation of IFS Cloud at Prosafe SE. The project successfully went live on February 3rd, 2025. My contract ended in December 2025.
Selected achievements:
- Responsible for the data migration from their legacy Star IPS system to IFS Cloud. This included all relevant supply chain and maintenance data.
- Leading the asset management track, which consisted of both internal Prosafe employees and external consultants.

Noble Corporation
Senior Business Solution Architect
In 2022, Maersk Drilling merged with Noble Corporation. As part of the integration of the two companies, the ERP solution of Maersk Drilling (IFS) was rolled out to the entire Noble organization, including 14 new rigs, around 180 new legal companies and many shore bases, warehouses and offices around the world.
Selected achievements:
- I was the lead solution architect in the project to roll out IFS in the entire Noble organization. The solution went live successfully in January 2024. During go-live, all existing rigs, warehouses and offices continued using the IFS system without disruptions.
- During a critical period of the project, I took on the role of Interim Program Manager for three months while the Program Manager was on medical leave.
Maersk Drilling
Senior Business Solution Architect
Maersk Drilling used the ERP solution IFS in their headquarters, all locations around the world and on all their rigs. As BSA I was responsible for the architecture and integrity of the solution. In addition, I engaged with business process owners to identify requirements and specify necessary improvements.
Selected achievements:
- I was the lead solution architect during the upgrade of the IFS ERP solution from version 8 to version 10 at Maersk Drilling. During this project, the number of IFS modifications was reduced from 180 to 5.
- Solutions Architect in a project to implement IoT Predictive Maintenance by retrieving data from 9.000 sensors on the rigs. The data was used to trigger condition-based maintenance work orders in IFS on the rigs.
